The role:

Sales Development Representatives play a pivotal role in proactively reaching out to potential clients to initiate contact, foster new business relationships, and create opportunities. Their primary focus is to identify prospects in various international markets and facilitate meetings with the sales team, all while abstaining from direct sales endeavors.

The candidates must:

  • Be native or fluent German speakers.
  • Have at least 6 months of experience in B2B sales tech industry
  • Have strong communication skills in the English language (C1)
  • Team player and client-oriented

Project Assistant
 

Your tasks:

  • Support in the acquisition of new and existing members
  • Maintaining customer information in the CRM system
  • Organization of events, conferences and webinars
  • Creation and translation of invitations, communication materials, press releases, etc.
  • Communication of events by e-mail and newsletter
  • Structured preparation of target groups and event management in the CRM system

To qualify for this role, you must have the following:

  • Degree in event management, marketing, sales, communications or similar.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and Greek, as well as good communication skills in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Power-Point), newsletter systems and websites
  • Experience in data entry and data management in CRM systems
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Independent, accurate and efficient work and routine organizational skills
  • Confident communication at all levels as well as being responsible and customer oriented
